		<description>I'm glad you finally got out of being Banned from the big "G" Jim.

That one had me confused as well.  I've been using Namecheap as my Registrar - I'm not a huge fan of Godaddy- who do you recommend since you aren't a fan of Godaddy either?

		<description>I've been doing this for years and it is a problem outside of the "internet marketing" world.  The only way I have found around this is to explain to them that this is an "electronic or digital" product made for viewing on your computer.

But with publish on demand services and the lowering costs of creating copies on CD's - this shouldn't be a big problem for anyone.
